Thank you for shopping with Bonsai Lab. We want you to love your purchase, and we are committed to providing high-quality products and a positive experience. This Refund & Return Policy explains when and how refunds, returns, and exchanges may be issued.

 

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

 

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

 

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

 

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase is required.

 

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

 

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

For safety, hygiene, and quality assurance, we cannot accept returns on:

 

  • Opened or used kits

  • Items damaged by the customer

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products

  • Final sale or clearance items

 

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please see Section 5 below.

 

 

Refund Options

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

 

If approved, you may receive:

 

  • A full refund to your original payment method

  • A store credit for the item’s value

  • A replacement product, where applicable

 

Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear, depending on your payment provider.

 

 

Return Shipping Costs

 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Bonsai Lab error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

  • Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

 

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

 

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

 

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

  • Your order number

 

We will review the situation and may offer:

 

  • A replacement item

  • A partial or full refund

  • Store credit

 

Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible.

 

 

Exchanges

 

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products, subject to inventory availability.

For a different product or variation, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

 

 

Order Cancellations

 

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not already shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

 

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

 

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it:

 

  • Please contact the shipping carrier first

  • File a missing package claim with the carrier

 

While we will assist when possible, Bonsai Lab is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.
