Order Processing Times

 

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days, unless otherwise stated.

During high-volume periods, holidays, or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

 

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or major U.S. holidays.

 

If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email.

 

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on your location, chosen shipping method, and carrier rates.

 

Estimated delivery times:

 

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: Bonsai Lab does not offer international shipping at this time.

 

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

 

 

Domestic Shipping

 

We ship within the United States using major carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Carrier selection is based on cost, speed, and your delivery address.

 

A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order ships.

 

 

International Shipping

 

Bonsai Lab does not offer worldwide shipping at this time.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear, depending on the carrier.

 

 

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

 

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order.

Bonsai Lab is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping fees resulting from:

 

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Forwarding errors

  • Unclaimed packages

 

If an order is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.

 

 

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

 

Once an order leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

 

If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen:

 

  • Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

  • We will assist where possible, but we cannot issue refunds for packages confirmed as delivered.

 

For damaged items, please email us within 7 days with:

 

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Your order number

 

We will evaluate replacement options on a case-by-case basis.

 

 

Service Interruptions

 

Shipping times may be affected by:

 

  • Holidays

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Global or regional events

 

We are not responsible for delays outside our control but will always keep you informed when possible.

 

 

Pre-Orders & Limited Releases

 

For pre-ordered items or special releases:

  • Orders containing pre-order items may ship together unless otherwise specified
